Food presentation is very common on this KFC Restaurant there is nothing new and special on weekdays or weekend days also it’s a very big drawback for this KFC branch because in every branch there are something special on weekdays and also weekend is also but you cannot expect any special and different on this KFC AS Rao nagar branch. Food presentation is also very poor comparatively to the other KFC branch this is the one of the bad branch in Hyderabad. Ambience of this KFC branch is not bad well built by the manager of this food court. Ambience e is the only good thing in this restaurant. Customer service is very very bad and they do not give any respect to the customers and they do not deliver the food on time they always delay the food which we ordered long time back if we ask for the reason for what deliver is late they do not give any reply to the questions which we asked to the management they simply do not care about the Complaints also this is the major drawback of this food court which is located on the A S Rao Nagar. There are the Mini food courts which is located in the same building they are Domino’s , Cafe Coffee Day and frozen dessert also. Value of money is very poor because there is a no special and different items in weekends also they do not give any offers or discounts and coupons for the daily customers very bad customer service and food presentation is also very bad I prefer you if you want to go to KFC please do not encourage is branch because this branch definitely disappoints the taste of KFC.
