I’m writing to inform you all my friends that I had a negative experience when we orders from KFC - International Airport - Andheri - Mumbai
on September 4, 2014
My receipt number is 4925, and the person who handled my order was named Naveen
We have received a Leaflet which was offing discount of 15% so we all planed to Order and final paid, the hole amount as KFC Denied to give Discount .
First of all, they advertise the Discount offer but when it comes to give discount the denied. by giving excuse that they need a coupon code .
On the Leaflet there is no where written that you need Coupon Code .They don’t value the customer and their order
Please stop Ordering from KFC .
I feel very disappointed with this interaction, with Naveen(Need to Learn to talk to customers).
