The most popular of KFC product is spicy fried chicken. Its ambience, staff performance are average. I hope that KFC will on some relaxing music and KFC should provide customer reservations service via phone, the wait time of 20 minutes is just nice. Because of too many people Q at KFC, I found that the quality/performance of KFC drops, its spicy fried chicken is too oily and soft, it may be not enough time to cook. Anyway, I always trust that KFC is able to perform better and better since it is a potential industry, and I trust that KFC will leading the foods market not only in Malaysia but also in Asia.
