KFC, indira nagar, Lucknow is near bhootnath market in Shalimar eldee plaza shopping mall at faizabad road Lucknow.
I often this mall for shopping .on ground floor there is many food court.there is one KFC is also .as we see that KFC is very popular for nonveg especially ’chiken’ and I alwas see a lots of advertisements in tv about KFC’s chiken dishes and exciting offers.
So I visited KFC with my friend.the ambience was very attractive, decent, mannered, hygiene. actually it was nice and comfortable.and attractive lighting was over there that was looking great.
And then we sat there and ordered some combo meal and some beverages worth of rupees 500 to 600 approximately.it was very very costly.
And our order arrived in 20 to 30 minutes. .then presentation was normal or I can say below average.there was nothing special or nothing new and then we begin to eat.then I tasted a one chiken wing that was horrible.poor taste.only it was fried and it was very salty.
All food was horrible taste nothing was tasty.
And quantity was too less.the meal was very very dissapointing and horrible.
Customer service was below average.
