Hi, I happened to visit KFC in Kolkata, South City Mall.I have always thought KFC to be a place where you would get all delicious items made of chicken.KFC stands for Kentucky Fried Chicken.Earlier they used to provide their customers with quality food with enriched taste.I took a bucket of chicken fries but the quality has decreased from before.I didn’t get the flavour and colour I used to get earlier.Whatever the ambience wasn’t that good, it was a little loud.
They have to look after the stuff management, and the speed of service, otherwise they are going to loose more customers.They already have lost some due to the incident that occurred earlier when a customer got a piece of rat fry instead of chicken.Building up customer relations is a tough job.Sometimes it becomes tough to get reservation, or sometime we have to stand in a queue waiting for our turn.So they should take care of their qualities, service and stuff management.
