I have been to KFC a couple of times. It’s not like the stuff provided there is bad or something, but is definitely NOT finger licking good. Another thing I noticed was that it is extremely over-priced. They charge you about 16% tax (VAT and service) on anything.
The chicken items are extremely bland with a tough coating of the batter, the sundae ice-cream had biscuit crumb that is soft as ever, and the place was not really clean. I am talking about the one at Hill Road Bandra (West). This is a newly opened outlet. Other KFCs have the same problem.
I would anytime prefer Mcdonalds over KFC for their food, service, cleanliness, staff, and price. It is very reasonable.
At KFC, the only thing I would like to have is the mango slush; it is however overpriced too.
