The worst experience I had seen before in such international company like you, first I got my meal not upto my expectation, so I asked the supervisor Rabee by polit way to change first he was not accepted then after talking too much he told me have a sit and when your meal will be ready I will call you
When he prepared the second meal and brought it to us it was dissgusting as I found my meal with blood!
Which service you give it to your custmer as when I asked to meet the branch manager I was waiting more than 20 minuts and when I asked about him again they told me when he will finish he will come to you with a very bad attitude and behaviuor from the employee.
At the end it was nessesary for me to go for him to complain about my meal when he said for me I was not free to come to solve your problem
