It’s sad to see the top brand like hell. Yes I am talking about KFC(one of the prestigious food brand). Last week I visited KFC R Deccan Mall - JM Road - Pune and it was pathetic experience when I went to washroom. I want to tell you that ambience is core for business so don’t take it for granted. Secondly when we talked to staff about it so they didn’t reply well. It shows how much they are sincere with their work and customers. Even we were not provided complain form and no one was there to facilitate us.
This is not way to treat your customers and if it happens like this KFC will be no more in business world because this is era of services. The more you provide services the more your business grow. Respect your customers. Last but not least this branch particularly turned into dating point which is not positive sign for overall KFC brand. Management must take action against this issues. Otherwise shut your business
