KFC casiers are purpusfully tying wrong mobile num

Hello KFC, I am one of your valuable customer for more than 15 years from Chennai, I writing this feedback/Complaint to yourself to notify that while ordering the cashiers are asking for mobile number but they are purposefully typing a wrong mobile number to stop the customers feedback to be submitted to their branch.


Issued faced with two branches Santhome and Forum Vijaya Mall, Vadapalani,


Usually customers will receive a message of their ordered invoice and have a chance to submit the feedback, but I have faced this incident twice, I guess the respective Branch managers are talking with each other’s and doing it.


My only ordered invoice number

Time: 10:25 Pm

Feedback: The Hot and crispy fried chicken is not cooked well and batter is two thick any not cooked well inside, I have the image with me, if there a possibility ill share it.


I have discussed with the cashier with the above issue and said my correct mobile number


But they used my mobile number without my permission,


I haven’t ordered the below order they purposefully used my number to create this order 6772102000008006, time: 11:20 Pm, They have used it without my knowledge.
