Order number K597W15939 dated 30/04/2025, the food was ordered for.a group of children and was informed that the food will be delivered 1 hour after at 6:45 pm, I received a call at 6:50 pm from phone number+91 82873xxxxx who asked for address, the order was not delivered when asked at around 8:00 PM he refused to deliver saying there is some technicality, tried to contact the store Anthurium Sector 73 but there was no answer, later called call center where I was given caller numbers and waited further the call center person asked for my phone number and then after 10 minutes told me that this is what usually happens on a rush day(It is the middle of the week, rushes are supposed to be on weekends by the way), however all the children have now left bringing deep embarrassment to me.THE FOOD COLLECTED FROM THE STORE WAS STALE LEFTOVER SINCE TUESDAYS MANY REFRAIN FROM NON VEG THEY GIVE OFFERS ON WEDNESDAY TO PUSH THAT OFF.
