We ordered online months ago and were given a 20-minute time to order to be ready for pickup. Arrived after 22 minutes. Ordered to step ahead. Food was issued 1 hr and 15 mins later. Complained to headquarters, having spent$40 and lost over an hour and a half of our lives, they received a$5 voucher. What a joke to it! I’ll never go to any KFC again. Overpriced and undervalued.
