Yesterday I went to this Kfc near to my house and ordered a chicken bucket.The chicken was not cooked fully and was not tender so I asked them to recook it for me, but the staff bluntly ignored my issue and said no to me.Then I asked them to call their manager and to my shock the manager reacted the same way as the staff did.Also the ambience was very poor.None of the heaters were working in the restaurant, the staff was very disrespectfull and unprofessional, presentation of the food was very poor.I wouldn’t recommend you to go to this kfc.thank u.
