I have been to kfc many times but their staff present over there are just idiots and they dont know how to treat their customers.
When I visited kfc and I noticed that the burger I was having was of very poor quality as we say in hindi it was "bassi" and so I complained to the cattering staff that the burger needs to be replaced as it had a poor taste and I also had the right to say that as I had paid for it and .
The catering staff or the so called workers began to argue with me, at last I had no option but to return back with an unhappy face, as the payment was already being made.
They fail to maintain the standards set by a top qulity brand like kfc.
I would like to request the top authorities with the help of mouthshut thanks to them to see the activities of their ullubari franchisee and see that they deliver a quality product.
Though reservation is not neccesery and they provide speedy food but quality of food has the prior attention.
