Visited the KFC at A block Connaught Place, New Delhi.
Being 25th Dec - Christmas, rush at the restaurant was anticipated. Had a dine in order.
The restaurant was so unkept, the floor absolutely dirty with mud patches from people’s shoes all over.
All tables being occupied as soon as a table got vacated the staff in all earnestness were trying to clean them up but the moped they used was so soiled it left more of it’s dirty odor on the table than cleaning it!!
The staff looked absolutely untrained or at least in that situation not being able to control the customer flow at all ....at all .......forget customer service ..... they had only profit and a big daily sale on their mind ...... the least they could have done was restrict the entry of people in the premises - it already being jam packed with hardly a place to keep a foot -
In fact to accommodate a large family the bus boys were told but their in-charge to join a few of the small tables together ......and these chaps took the tables/chairs lifting them at chest height with the legs of the chair out almost bumping into my chair - side swiping it - had to look out that I don’t get hit sitting ..... what kind of a restaurant seating order is this ...?
Disappointing ....
