A year ago, I wanted to buy a pair of shoes for office use so visited a Khadim store in Bhavnagar.
The store and buying experience:
The store is located in a prime area of the city. It has an attractive furniture. The products were divided in to several sections such as, kids, women, men and other products. They were nicely arranged, too. Wide range of selection was available for making your choice easy. The sales representatives of the store were of good manner, they help you in your selection. I selected one of the highest priced pair of shoes. The sales person assured for the quality product. I can say that it was a good buying experience for me. I was happy buying my first product from Khadim.
Why I dislike the product?
In the beginning, it was a quite a good experience for me but after some time my illusion came to a sudden end. The sole of the shoes started wearing out very fast. I couldn’t believe how cheap material they used in making such an expensive shoes. In a month time, the shoes looked like they were a year old. I went to the store and made the complain about the poor quality product. They heard me well but they came to a conclusion that it had happened all because of the over usage. I advocated that I work in a corporate office and I need not to walk so much in a day. There was no possibility of over usage. I told them several times but they didn’t understand my concern and the valuable money that I spent on it. They didn’t even granted my complain. I was very disappointed by such behavior. I came back and disheartened. You can not imagine, I have spent Rs.2200 and most important my time. I sent some emails to their authority but haven’t responded at all. Such terrified experience in my life. Then after I have decided not to visit the store again and I shared my experience with my relatives and friends. They have also decided not to buy any product from the store.
Conclusion:
I strongly not recommend this product to any body. Please, go for any other brand!
