Boss is back with a bang

Khaidi no150 is the remake of tamil blockbuster kaththi released in 2014 directed by murugadosss. chiranjeevi made his re-entry into the industry after 9 years.the movie opened to a positive talk collecting 23+crores share from ap and tg alone beating bahubali.these collections show how much the audiences are waiting for his comeback since a decade.

plot: kaththi seenu is a thief who escapes from jail in kolkata. shankar is a person who protests for farmer’s rights.the story takes a turn when people misunderstand seenu as shankar. the main point of the film is how farmers are suffering due to corporate companies. kaththi was mainly focused on farmers emotions with a high impact. vinayak made minor changes to the screenplay by adding unnecessary comedy and masala scenes with less impact of the emotional scenes.the comedy scenes look outdated and execution of critical scenes by vinayak is average, the movie didnt spoil the original version but it was more commercial and couldnt reach the emotional depth of kaththi.

cast performance: the main highlight of the movie chiranjeevi. at the age of 61, still he has the charm which he had 10 years ago, his grace in dance is amazing and cant be matched by anyone. heroine kajal didnt had much role to do as she was limited to songs. villain;s role was very weak and its the major drawback of the film.his role could have been executed better. brahmanandam and ali give a comic relief in few scenes. supporting characters acting is ok.

songs and back groung music given by devi sri prasad suits well to the action scenes and plot. cinematography of rathnavelu is outstanding.
