Khaitan company is very famous company for selling electrical appliances like- coolers , fans, heater etc.Last year I bought a khitan coolers at 3799 rs .during first two months it was working very smooth .after that it starts to make some snieking noise from it .and stops suddenly .i was so upset about it .i take it two the khitan shop thay check it and replace it from a new one but it takes lots of time, almost of 5weeks.they dissapointed me from thier costomer service.i think they need improvemnt in thier costomer service as well as thier product durability
