Hi Friends, I am DN. This is the worst service center in history. They are often too packed with customers to take your vehicle - rendering it impossible to leave it here in an emergency.
You can leave as detailed a list of instructions to them as you want - in the end they will not execute it and will cause other problems with the bike.One such service saw them bill me for a starter motor’replacement’ - that never needed replacing. It was missing when I got it back from service, and when I informed them of this, they told me it needed replacing.
But a recent service is what prompts me to write this. I am very close to my bike. Four years together and it has never failed me. I gave it to Khivraj Diamond for a routine service this time. I wanted to give the bike a treat, so I told the serviceman(Nagraj) to do the works, and check up everything they could.Thank you
