This is easily the worst automobile dealer you can ever come across. Twice I gave my pulsar 150 cc there, and both times, the scoundrels just took money and did nothing about it. Even after complaining, they bluntly refused to do anything and even got aggressive.
in my recent service there, while giving them the bike, I specifically told them to rectify the noise coming out of my front wheel whenever I brake. also, the neutral light would stay on even while I rode in gear. The rogues delivered the bike in the evening, but not before charging 800 bucks for the paid service. and guess wat, they dont even allow you to see the bike before paying the money. after taking the money, they just give you the gate pass and literally chase you out of there. nobody even explains what job was done!
As expected, my complaints were just not tended to. nobody even bothers there! when I complained to the manager (Rajesh, Ph: 9036010621), he whispered something in the ears of some mechanic there, who then started demanding more money to tend to the complaint. When I showed them the bill with the charges for the said repairs, they bluntly refuse to accept it. The service advisor Nayak (Ph: 9902731252) is just passing the buck to others, when contacted. Then there’s another service advisor called nagaraj (ph: 9980593061), who talks like and resembles a rowdy. He will start yelling at you, even if you speak to him about the problem.
I’ve decided to escalate these guys to the consumer court, because even Bajaj auto is not doing anything about this.
If you dont want to kill yourself with trauma, don’t ever go to this service centre!
