I have had a terrible experience there, 4 months before I left my pulsar 180cc bike for service and when I called to check to collect my bike they started avoiding my calls and didn’t tell about the problem until I arrived there at khivraj kasturba road to my shock they had left my bike untouched and when I enquired they started showing problems in my bike as they say my bike has the starting problem and when I started shouting at them they started moving here and there and giving excuses like these are electronic components and we cannot tell when what will happen to the parts and few parts need to be replaced and even after checking the bike before taking for service and as per them the bike was fine without any issues. and the manager there is a very arrogant and never listens to any one’s problem and just starts shouting towards the client but somehow they did some adjustments and I took back my vehicle from them,
Now this is the third service time and I had left my bike for service with lot of precautions,
showed them the bike at the time of servicing and had politely asked the person who was handling my bike rajesh he tested and told that everything is fine except back brake and speedo meter cable to be replaced.
But to my surprise that cheaters again repeated the same thing but this time very cleverly after I took my vehicle from there and I was just able to go 2-3kms I could make out lot of mistakes and at one signal I couldn’t self start the bike I called them immediately and complained them they called me back and did some acting like inspected my bike srinivas mechanic and rakesh who stays in first floor they asked me to come next day as I reached next day they showed that the motor is not working they have not changed back brakes but they have charged 975/- for service which I paid them, now they say there is a work worth 1500/- and when I complained same thing repeated.
The person guruprasad who sits in 5th floor and the supervisor is the rogue and big cunning person never believe him.
