I am writing this review after loosing my patience with KHIVRAJ MOTORS: Indira Nagar Branch. I can undertsand there is always a time crunch and it is true in every profession. Myself being an engineer and working in an MNC had time crunch always. But we don’t COMPROMISE on quality just because we would like to execute multiple projects.
Anyways, now straight to the point, KHIVRAJ has never bothered to listen for any "small" issue or let me say anything that doesn’t incures "extra charges".
My Headlight blinking ’cze of poor electrical connection, brake ajustment, Bike CLEANING, bike polishing nothing... literally nothing is addressed in so called paid services. This has happened 2 times in a row and I swear I will never oblige these lazy-bones to do anything for my bike.
Regarding Bike polishing there is an interesting fact: first time they will literally request you to take a 500/- 5 times in a year polish scheme. But once you are in they will only do a small formality to rub a piece of cloth on your bike.
That too in my case because of the supervisor shouting on clearing the bikes was done in dot 30 SECONDS !!!!! I did asked the supervisor for letting him finish the polishing as I have paid for that, but here goes another 20 seconds and they claim the polishing is done.I can go on and on for these people.
The bottom line is TRY TO AVOID THESE PEOPLE AND NOT LETTING THEM OBLIGE YOU BY DOING BIKE SERVICE AS THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN MONEY AND NOT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. They dont realise this model will only sustain short term!!!And by the way I went for my service on weekdays and NOT WEEKENDS!!!! GOD knows how they treat weekend goers!!!
