I bought a pulsar 220 bike from khivraj motors some 3 months back. Till now they have not provided me the RC book, everytime they tell next week next week and for them the next week never arrives for the last 3 months. Every time they are telling that RTO is not giving but I’m sure that Khivraj has some problem with the RTO for which they are having problem to get me the Smartcard(RC book).
Please suggest what to do in this case ? going to the consumer’s court will work or not I’M sure becoz somewhere I heard that the consumer’s court’s judges & clerks are very much corrupted. I have tried all other options chasing these buggers starting from 15 th day when I bought the bike till now.I’ll suggest if anybody is planning for buying a bike from Khivraj please don’t opt for it these people are the real sukers they will just suck everything out of you.
