Khivraj Bajaj service centre (kasturba road) is possibly the worst service centre in Bangalore. its no different than a typical government office. The staff are rude, uncultured, foul mouthed slum dwellers. if you ever leave your bike for service, the only thing they do is clean it.
The Spare part section is absolutely the worst part of the office, not even a single spare is available and staff at the spare section are hopeless!!!!
Recently I met wid an accident in my pulsar 200, which I purchased at khivraj (kasturaba road) and approaching these people to repair my bike was a stupid decision. when I took my bike the security guard and a staff member did’n even let me in they went on sayin "we don’t repair accident cases" then I parked my bike out and managed to get in and talk to a sales person, showed him my up-to-date insurance cover and all the documents, he then agreed to fix everything, and tells me to go to the spare section which is on the 1st floor. in the Spares section office was a guy sitting with a newspaper, I asked him if the LED light was available, he simply looks at me nods his head n says ’No, there is no stock , come after two days’ without even looking into the inventory , i then called another dealer called kalyani motors and that person is asking me ’what is an LED light can you give me the product code?’ by this time I was furious and another salesman saw my plight and he told me the LED lights were available and went to the spare part section and gave me the lights. He then told me to lodge a complaint against the spare part section manager, which I did and i’m sure nothing will be done.
So, in my opinion gt your bike serviced in a place where people know their job.
