I recently booked a Bajaj 150 cc pulsar from there. and it was the biggest mistake of my life to take it from khivraj motors. These guys are least interested in customers and are non responsive. A big pain to deal with. I went there Monday evening, spent half an hour - even though no one was busy but no was available to answer my queries as well.
I thought may be its the Monday blues and ignored it. Tues morning went and booked a pulsar 150 cc, these guys did not ask for complete documents and are asking me to run to their showroom again for documents missed.
The funny part was no-one told me what documents were required to buy a bike - not even at Khivraj. I came to office and my friend told that photo should be given. It was I who then called them back and then they said - "Yes photo is required, please come to the showroom and give us the photos" .
Incompetent and unprofessional fellows.
