This is not first time rather this is second time I am a victim of worst sales policy of Khosla Electronics, Garia, Kolkata. This organization generally does not maintain stock of the best brands. Policy of doing business as follows.

1. You choose product.

2. Sales representative will assist you. But he/she will assist you to take the product where their profit margin is the most. You are not aware of it rather you have to believe him/her if you don’t have product knowledge.

3. Now you pay full amount by cash or credit card.

4. They will tell you that product will be delivered from their godown. You can not expect delivery of your product by the day you have purchased rather they will take atleast 1 or 2 days.

5. Basically what happens, after making your payment they place the order of the product.

6. If company doesn’t have ready stock then you are in deep shi*.

It happened to me twice.

1. IFB Dishwasher(Year 2007)

2. Hitachi Split Air conditioner(Year 2009)

I would suggest not be trapped of worst business policy of Khosla Electronics.
