Very bad experience with Kia Seltos and Kia Muvatupuzha Service Center
While the Kia Seltos is a good car initially, after crossing 80, 00090, 000 km, diesel filter issues are repeatedly reported in many vehicles including mine. Please reconsider before buying Kia Seltos, as many users are facing the same issue.
My personal experience with the Kia Service Center in Muvatupuzha was very disappointing:
When the diesel filter issue first came up, they quoted a repair cost of ₹1 lakh.
After I raised concern and mentioned legal action, they agreed to install a refurbished diesel filter for ₹40, 000.
The very next day, the same warning signal came back. They dismissed it as an "adjustment issue."
After two weeks, the issue returned, this time with an engine warning too.
When I contacted them again, I was told bluntly, even by a staff named Mr. Eldose, that they can’t do anything and I must go to another center and redo the diesel filter work.
Despite spending ₹40, 000, they blamed the issue on fuel quality and road conditions.
The customer service was rude and careless throughout.
Because of this even my back cam & key also not working proper
- They never have service slots, and if we go outside for repairs, they deny warranty.
Overall, very poor service, very poor communication, and absolutely no customer value.
Please look into this and take necessary action. This is not the standard a customer expects from Kia.
