Guys at the dealer assured me all would be fine on my car, with lots of faith purchased it . I Have been observing huge inconsistencies on both of these features and the out-sourced service partner is pathetic. Except tons of unacceptable attitude on the service agents, they are not keen to resolve. Had escalated to KIA motors and they are also more or less demonstrating Don’t care attitude. Wondering if they have plans to stay long in our market or upto making fast bucks and disappear.’m frustrated and disappointed by this brand, whilst we have so many equivalent choices in our country.
