Its there coz it has Salman. Otherwise the movie is just a waste. The story in itself seems beyond the point of reality, or it simply means that any weirdo with shifting personality disorder can win first prizes in almost every sphere of his life, he can chase down cars by just running or rather know of the ever changing plans of his enemies, with some obvious help of the very best indian police officers.
It is a plot you can simply give a miss. The makers hve attempted to make the movie hve a good message or two. That gives it additional points.
