Kalyan Nagar branch, nursery. Stereotypical school with loads of curriculum. Strict teacher lagging in maintaining warm relations with kids. They are completely focused towards curriculum. Less of activities, more worksheets and writing. Myself having much awareness and much experience in this profession, I can say that atleast at this small level, focus should be more on activities. Coordinator being lier and cooking up stories about different things, always. Teachers are not capable of facilitating kids according to their physical, emotional and mental needs. Teacher to student ratio is also high. Although they are well organised and care for hygiene. Most of the learning is rote learning, rather it should be more on activity based.
