Let me tell you about my experience with KIMS hospital. On (02-Aug-2014), I went with my husband to KIMS early morning around 8 am. The purpose of our visit was to check the pregnancy status, and it was our first visit to KIMS. We went to parking slot. There was only one security person there and he told us no slots available. While we were waiting, we saw he was letting another person to enter the slot.
Anway we were not bothered and parked our car, to the side of road, some distance away. Then went to the reception. They gave immediately the card and we went to the gynecology section(6th or 7th floor). Then our horrible experience began. The ladies at reception were too bore, not behaving as like a hospital staff. They told which doctor u want, we told a name and they told u have to wait for several hours. They told this in a angry tone. and gave us card. Then from 8.30pm to noon 2pm, we waited. We were in 15thW list and was moving dead slow. At 1.30pm, we noticed a strange thing. We saw that even though we were in 15th, we saw lot of persons entering and visiting the doctor directly. We asked the person. Then she was a bit tensed and said next wil be urs. and we were allowed to see the doctor. The doctor made a just shallow consultation, and told to take scan. We went to scan section(at reception), then again that ladies told arrogantly here no scan and to come at Monday. What a pity service. Is this a multi specialty hospital. even the village hospitals behave so well than this. We lost our 1 day leave, we came to hospital with a purpose, but was told to come again on monday. At last we went to the pharmacy. There a big queue. We noticed that the staffs are purposefully delaying. For a thing which they can done in 5 mts, they take 1 hour. I think its the plan to create an artificial busy in hospital, another marketing trick. Somehow we escaped from there, now the time is 3 pm and we went to reception back agaign for our card, They saying printing machine not working. Wat is this? What we understood from this is
The hospital has the feel that patients will come, even if they not care, so they have a pathetic customer care. If in some other pvt institution, if the staff behave like this, they wil be thrown out. But KIMS management is poor in customer service, that is why staffs are behaving like this. For a 1 mts matter, they take minimum 1 hour to complete. and the most affected persons are customers.
At 4pm we came out of KIMS, really horrible and pathetic. .
