KinderCart offered a free coupon KCBUMPER250 on purchase of Rs500 and above.
So I purchased 2 products. One worth 460 and the other Rs.55.They add shipping cost of Rs.49 to each product. Still it was a good buy for me.
Once the order was placed and the money transferred online, Kindercart cancelled my order for the Rs.460 product and sent me the product wroth Rs.55.
As far as the refund is considered, they deducted Rs.55 + Rs.22 (gave a discount of Rs.27) and returned the rest.
Now this was not a good deal for me as they cancelled my main order and sent me the low priced item with shipping charge.
Why would I want a Rs.55 item, easily available in a shop near me , buy at Rs.55 +Rs.22 shipping
I only went to this site for the discount offer and they cancelled the order and made me pay the shipping charges. Real pathetic service, took them almost 20 days to refund my amount and that too in part payments.
My advice to all , avoid this site. They offer you coupons then cancel your orders and make you pay for the shipping.
Other online shopping sites are way better than this KinderCart.
And one more thing , their orders take way too long to arrive at your doorstep.
