Horrible service they provide. I had taken this device one year back and it stopped exactle afetr working nicely for 9 months, the worst part is I paid 14000 ruppes for this . now let me tell you about the service centred they dont any. when I called customer care they offered me one thousand gift coupon as consolidation. this was really unexpected. and kindle 3g doesn’t work at all you regular sim. its better to go for wifi rather than 3g.they have the worst service for such a nice product. I have already lost hopes and now my screen is jammed and don’t know what to do. I would suggest everyone to be sure of their service then only go for this product.
