When buying a bike, the first name that comes to your mind is probably not Kinetic. Yet, I suggest you dont buy a motorcycle today without checking out the Kinetic Boss. That is, unless you are looking for excitement or high performance. Boss is not a high performance bike. But then it is priced at Rs 32000 only so its a good deal.
What the Boss is excellent at is pickup, riding comfort, suspension and handling. The best in the 100cc 4 stroke category. Mileage also very good - 70 kmpl plus. Looks nice too - better than boxer for sure, and definitely better than Max100. I think better than splendor as well. There is anice footboard which greatly addes to pillion comfort. Also, the bike exudes strength, it is rugged.
What is not so good is that its not too exciting. not like say Pulsar. But then it is in the ecnomy segment so I guess that should be ok.
Anyway I have owned the bike for about 5 months now. no problem. Low maintenance. Good mileage. So it is a simple and effctive machine. sometimes thats all you need, and often better than complicated machines that invariably get screwed up during servicing.
