My previous review on KINETIC LASER GF-150 SPORTS EDITION is my first review based on the TEST RIDE n Initial 15 days of my BIKE riding. But now I understand why people around me and my Well Wishers says that never buy any new launched Product from market ESPECIALLY from a company that is not a MOTORCYCLE/BIKE expert...
Now feeling the heat n Harrasment at the end of KINETIC CUSTOMER CARE..
I had gone to them more than 30 times in a year!! made hundreds of calls.
a lot of problem come up after few days e.g, NOISE, VIBRATIONS, CHAIN set LOOSE, LOW FUEL efficiency low pickup, faulty oil indication etc....... waste a lot of money n time on going to n fro WORKSHOP !
But surprisingly nothing has been done so far!
I bought this bike last year n now feeling ashamed of my decision to BUY THIS GATHIYA BIKE... the bike owners wud definietly say this after a month n so.. wen they dont get any efficient service from KINETIC..
I even called at pune , , emailed to the OWNER of KINETIC Mr. VISMAYA FIRODIA.. but nothing!! I had proof of all the letters sent to them!! NOw I have send them legal notice also!!
TRUST ME!!! NEVER EVER BUY ANY BIKE FROM new company.. Alwayz trust the main Bike manufacturing company ONLY THEY CAN or there enggineers give u good service!!
They have years of experience in their hand.. KINETIC engineers knew nothing about bike bcoz all are IMPORTED from foreign countries!!
I had wasted my HARD earned MOney on my stupid bike!!!
So dont buy bike from KINETIC company!!!
Thats why their bikes FAILED n FLOPPED!!!
The ENGINEERS(KINETIC) are not capable enough to rectify ur bikes problem coz all their bikes r imported n they even dont know howz theri INTERNAL working. I had send them Numerous letters n reminders also but no oine has done something that make my bike ALLRIGHT!!!!
And the BEHAVIOR of the CMPL owner in Chandigarh is so rude n non cooperative that they even dont listen to ur problem.. directly say goto Workshop.. we dont care!!! I m shocked that when I had to Purchase the bike the same people spoke to me so gently n calmly n what HAPPEND to them when I actually BOUGHT the bike.. they CHANGED.
They even manipulate or remove the JOB card also for their seniors to show that the problem does not ome to them or just not EXISTED MEANS CUSTOMER IS lying to them or just exaggerating the Problem.. they dont KNOW CUSTOMER IS KING TODAY!!! they can bring the change in MARKET.
And DEFINIETLY the god customers bring positive change in market.. thats why BAJAJ n HONDA are on TOP!!!
NOTE: ALWAYZ CONSULT PREVIOUS PRODUCT OWNERS OR USERS WHEN BUYING ANY NEW PRODUCT. TALK TO THEM DIRECTLY THEN THEY WILL TELL ITS PROS N CONS THEY FOUND IN THE PRODUCT!!!!
