Hyosung aquila..hmmmm u got the money u buy it if u wanna.priced at above a lakh from a company never heard of by us is a little ridiculous..ok fine the eliminator has some stiff competition..the eliminator is a 180 cc cruiser with 15.1 bhp of power and priced at about lakh.for a little more you could go in for an aquila which is about 250cc and 27 bhp.but I still dont think its worth..for about 25 to 40 grand I could go in for a yamaha rd 350 which is about 350 cc and churns out a killing 33 bhp for our roads.the good thing about the aquila is that india finally has somewhat of a cruiser other than the stick insects we have such as the eliminator and the enticer.the aquila has good looks and it looks like a cruiser...the twin silencer looks nice too...its electric start only there is no kick start on this thing.but the engine sounds a little small and underpowered for its size..250 cc hmmm...but I still think the price is totally ridiculous and its being marketed through kinetic..oh god these guys cant even make a vehicle that stays in good condition for more than a year.the brakes are drum are the back and a disc in the front.but I dont think india will ever come up with a bike to match the yamaha rd 350..still the king.well we haven seen and aquilas on the road now so we wont know what it is like till someone rides it.
the auto india magazine writers seemed to like this bike..but the price puts you off.i rather get a maruti 800 for that price or a second hand hyundai santro..sheeshh..its like give us the crap and over price it.we are yet to see a bike in this country with some meat in it and not over priced...
