Hi, I had purchased a Nova 135 in October from Pagariya Kinetic, Chinchwad Pune. Great bike at first, I must tell you. Great, only, until my servicings. After the first servicing there was some leakage problem. This got fixed after the bike was taken to the Kinetic Company. After the second servicing, the leakage problem restarted. Fixed, after I took it back to the sales service again. After the third servicing, there was a discharge sound from the silencer at regular intervals as well as a battery discharge which the after sales service people denied. Mileage is down to 40Kmpl. After the fourth servicing, the silencer got fixed, but the throttle freezes and the bike won’t start. Is it the NOVA 135 or the after sales service at Pagariya Kinetic? Any other user of Nova 135, who can comment on this? I would greatly appreciate that. Thanks, Gautam.
Added on 16-Dec-2008 - My scooter is over 4 years old and has done about 28k km. Pagariya (the earlier dealer) has closed down business. Lack of spare parts is a major concern. Today I will not recommend a kinetic NOVA despite the great product it is. I dunno why kinetic couldn’t translate its superiority into a better market. It has almost killed NOVA and its innovation on flyte seems good but I have serious doubts if this company can live up to the after sales support or whether we can get any good service now. I will not recommend a kinetic product anymore.
