Refering to one of the reviews from Gautam Sinha, I strongly feel that the issues which he has been facing with his Kinetic Nova must be because of the poor quality of servicing from Pagariya Kinetic, Chinchwad. I had a very bad eperience with these guys when I had taken my Kinetic Marvel for servicing.
After a full service and some other required maintenance work, when I brought the scooter back home, it won’t start after 2/3 days. I had to call Pagariya Kinetic to take a look at my scooter again, and they apparently fixed the problem, but it resurfaced again in 2 days. This happened once more and surprisingly, the service center doesn’t want to accept any responsibility.
Now my scooter is just parked in my garage without any use and is collecting dust. Is there any way I can lodge a complaint against Pagariya Kinetic for their poor quality of service?
