Aaho!!!!!!!
When I asked the person at the dealership what exactly is this ’’AAHO’’ that the Kinetic Nova 135’s advertising campaign speaks of, he told me, Sir you take a test ride and then you will know.
So I sat on the new Nova 135. I was already liking its looks, tech specs, features, etc. I was told that this is India’s first powerful gearless scooter (whatever...). I was told it has very good pick up. But still, as I turned the throttle and the scooter began to move, I was taken by surprise. When my test ride was over, I came back and told the dealership person ’’Aaho!!!!’’.
That was one month ago. Needless to say I bought the nova 135 on the spot, so impressed I was with the vehicle. And over the last month, my infatuation has really turned into love. I have a car, and I bought a scooter for my wife or for small trips but I use the Nova 135 far more regularly than I had intended to. I owned a Kinetic in my earlier (college) days. Since then, I had tried the other scooters (ACtiva, Pep, nova 115) but I had found them to be missing in pick up, and ultimately FUN.
But the Nova 135 is something else altogether. Its got performance, comfort, style, storage space. But above all, its really fun to ride. Mileage is good too, I am getting about 50 kmpl (Estimated) which for Banglore’s congested city traffic I think is very good... tech specs are 135cc 8.5 bhp, top speed 85 kmph (I think). No problem vehicle.
Truly a SUPER SCOOTER.
