Review : Hi Folks..this is my first review ever...first and foremost must say this is a great site and all u guys reviews are really helpful....
Now lets get down to business...well I have had a kinetic honda DX for years now and was thinking of going for either a Nova or a Activa...was really confused thats were yur reviews helped me...I sent a mail to kinetic and to honda to know more ....and believe me Kinetic not only mailed me the very next day but also had a dealer call me ...simplly amazing I think ....they mail too was in total detail and really helped..
The dealer too was very friendly and offered to get the bike home for me to test ride....me being in the customer service field know how it works and believe me this is amazing customer service....well after bout some days even I had a kinetic guy call me from pune ...
Well I live in mumbai....he asked me what I had decided also helped me a lot told me he would call the show room sales manager and get me the best deal and VIP treatment now thats what I call customer Service....will be test riding and buying the bike soon...then will post another review....well but how can I forget kinetics competitors... know hondas are selling great but think they have to take some Customer Service tips from Kinetic..have not heard from them at all....
So folks I would say go for the kinetic products as along with their Scooters their customer service is way up there and the truth is that Kinetic will get another customer only because of their Customer Service skills Great going Kinetic....Thumbs down to honda....you’ll suck
