Hi. Thanks to all for the time, for reading the reviews on Kinetic Nova 135. I have purchased it 4 days ago. I am satisfied with it, though I face one problem. -When I start the vehicle and go about riding, when ever My accelerator is at rest (completely at the starting , no acceleration at all) the bike goes off. This happens quite a few times. Once I race the bike and go about certain distance say 3-5 kms then this problem vanishes. This is a bit frustruating as I cannot keep the accelerator high through narrow lanes , a common thing in all indian cities. Can anybody please let me know what could be the reason. I plan to take it to the dealer over weekend, but any suggesstions ? One more thing is that , the finishing of the scooter is not good. For example where ever two components join there is a gap , it feels as if they have forgotten to tighten them, although this is standard with all kinetic products, like the good old honda, zing etc.. Waiting for experts replies, Thanks Sachin. UPDATE AFTER FIRST SERVICING. IF U WANT TO GO FOR A AUTOMATIC VEHICLE THERE IS ONLY ONE CHOICE : NOVA 135. ALL THE PROBLEMS WHICH I MENTIONED WERE PROMPTLY RECTIFIED. After servicing : PROS : 1.Excellent Pickup : Iam the first to start off at all junctions and signals leaving behind even the pulsars.. 2. Average milage : Around 42 kmpl in city. 3. Excellent customer service at the showroom, even the mechanic is so polite (Something which the honda showroom guys shuld learn. I went to a hond activa showroom, people dont have time to talk such is their arrogance. They gave a phamplet and asked to go thru it. YAK! ) 4. Looks , though this is an individual choice, Iam happy with it. Cons (Not verily perfromance oriented): 1. Shakes at high speed : Go 55+ and the vehicle starts shaking even the handle. but then you are not supposed to do that , right ! just have a easy run of 40 to 45 kmph. 2. If you r over 6 feet (like me!!) then while turning the handle hits the knee, although by changing the position this can be avoided but that changed position is not too comfortable. 3. Joints can be fastened to have a better look of it, there is always gap between them. 4. The mirrors appear to be out of box. Can be changed. My bikes mirrors always hits the pedestrians and side vehicles, inviting angry looks , which I respond with a :)) Waiting eagerly for the comments of other members, btw Iam updating my product rating from to Thanks SACHIN.

Iam using this scooter for nearly 3 years now... dec 2004 to october 2007. I
I am very satisfied with it. Iam based is hyd and this is my only source of travel.
This has never let me down. It is surely the best automatic scooter for city.
I have never faced any major problems with it. My scooter was left open unused for 3 months in rain+ sun+ dust. Just a single wash started it well took to service center and vola its as good as new. Breaks are a bit loose but thats ok. I have finished upto 22, 000 KMS its really a good choice.
I want to use just two words here: DURABLE (for long run) and RELIABLE(never dissappoints u)
