Kinetic Nova, a big mistake me

I purchased  a Kinetic Nova  105 cc ( introductory version ) on August 2002  from Autoline  Thodupuzha, Kerala. Till date I spent more than Rs. 20000/-  for repairing and replacing  spare parts. Now  the dealer is advising me to exchange the same with Kinetic  Flyte as the Nova is not good and it will be a headache me in future. They said the Nova is designed for the roads of western countries and it is not suitable in our roads. It was a BIG MISTAKE  me to select Nova instead of Honda Activa.

All of my friends had advised me to purchase Activa, but I ignored it  as the Nova is from the kinetic family. More over the dealer’s  relationship with customer is not good in my experience. In my  home town and nearby towns  the dealership of Kinetic scooters is being monopolized by a single dealer, the AUTOLINE. Therefore  no way me to change over  the periodical servicing and repairing . I am being forced to believe what they say  is correct and authentic. I would like to file a  complaint against my dealer. Can any body help me to whom I complaint  in Kerala  ( Cochin ) and the email address of the customer support centre of kinetic scooters.  Will I get  a  favourable  response from them  if I complaint?

During the last 20 days I spent more than Rs. 7000/- for repairing and servicing.  (Documentary evidence with me ) Five times the scooter had been taken to servicing centre on an automobile carrier .
