As I was proud to use Velocity but now a days Im worrying why I have purchased this bike. This is becos main reason is advaith show room (Bangalore) is 95 percent and 5 percent is bcos of Company
The silencer shield is worst not even compareble with TVS XL. Im using to get Burning twice a daily and block ’’Velocity’’ mark appears in my leg.
The quality of vehical is bad as started color of silencer near to engine is chaning to brown. Entire body is also weakening to bad color
They have to provide engine cover at the bottom of engine as in the rain season consideration else after riding in the rain and mud road, engine color changes.
The body parts are loosening out from the bike.
I wanted to fit airskew but not possible.
You cant fit extra fittings
But no pick up at all. U drive 70km speed is same as 40km speed.
The above said all are bcos of company.
The below is purely bcos of Advaith showroom(Bangalore)
Before service with those showroom, milage in the city under worst condition uses to get minimum 65kmpl and long run at a spead of 60kmp to 70 km I uses to get minimum of 85km per liter. But after first servicing dropped to 50km in city, second service dropped to 35kmpl. Unbelivable. Realy bcos of Advaith showroom they are meant for gearless vehical that also old models only for servicing.
Then after lady named Ambika called me from advaith(sencier hard worker but advaith managment is not realising) for tuning. The tuning done by Mr.Prabhakar
employee of kinetic from pune. then now its giving 60kmpl in city long 75kmpl.
But decided not to go to advaith show room for servicing at all.
I will watch out for next 3 months else planning to change to LML freedom prima new version.
Bcos the bike should not harm the body and soul.
Purchase from genuine and well take care show room only.

I purchased Kinetic Velocity in 5th Jan 2004. Now its one month old and took for first service. Points can be max of 5
1) Handling:5 (Xcellent as I used to ride bajaj chetak for 8 years, bike riding is new, so when myself as new rider felt comfortable means the regular bike rider surely feels happy)
2) Breaking:Front-Xcelent, Rare:3.5.(Comfortable wise) (Now I apply front break rather than rare)
3) Headlights: Dim:Xcellent focus, Dip(Focusing to more than 1000feet but focusing point cant see, if bulb tilted to bottom side then Xcelnt, presently its focusing upward rather than downward in dip m ode but dim mode is Xcellent)
4) Ground Clearance:4
5) Milage: Worst condition is giving 60 to 63 kmpl and normal condition i.e. 50km speed is giving 65 to 68kmpl. Long run at speed of 60km happily I got 80kmpl to 87kmpl
6) Pick up:with two person : 4.5
7) Look: Xcellent
8) Stylish : next to freedom (Fine Stickering on tank only but else is not fine)
Drawbacks
Pick a showroom who can attend and make you happy then blindly one can go for Velocity at a moderate price comparing with Victor/Freedom dlx/Splender/Ambition
Advaith Showroom bangalore really cheated me a lot while attending complaints and doing service I never seen such a cheating show room(I Think they are money minded people rather than making custoer happy)
1) Fuel Indicator: Bad bcos always its on meaning even you pullout the key from ignition Fuel indicator works, to my knowledge it should not else its OK
2) Small idicator for left & right that appears on the handbar should be kept separate for left & right indicates you cant see which side indicator is glowing by looking on the light that appears on the handbar)
3) Parts are almost not fitted properly ( I suspect on showroom guys if not its from companys fault Only)
4) Separate break tail lamp as freedom dlx version not available
5) Mudgaurd part is low quality as Im seeing 1 or 2 wholes after washing
6) Choke placement its irritating:near the engine but ok
7) Initially I planned for Freedom dlx but when I took test drive for Velocity the gearshiting made me to go to Velocity but presently I hear sound while shifting the gear and first gear its little hard, This complaint is mainly bcos of Advaith serviceing but not bcos of Kinetic Company)
8) Tool box need to be independent i.e. without removing seat I should use tool box I think this one Kinetic company should concentrate
Over all Kinetic should pay attention near the engine for parts that get loosen and placement of Xaust pipe (rich) and battery pipe Specially pont number 8 from drawback
If Kinetic company concentrates on point numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8 from drawback then Velocity can beat Freedom Dlx/Victor even if Velocity has self ignition then can BEAT Pulsor 180.
Over All
Good Bike for Economy & Desired Person
I appreciate Velocity with the feature given at lower price....(the time I purchased its Rs.42, 300)
(some feature not in freedom dlx/Victor)
I like to compare Velocity with Freedom dlx/Victor only.
Go to the genuine and perfect showroom have a Velocity and rule the luxury driving
