Recently had been to Jammu by Kingfisher from Bangalore to Jammu, want to share my experience of same.
Checked the price of the ticket from various sites and then atlast booked from kingfisher website, for the price which was ok not too high not too low, main reason y I selected kf was because of the flight trimmings as I did not wanted to spent more time in Delhi airport .
After booking ticket got the mail and the link for the itenary when I opened that link it was showing 2 different times for departure of flight from Bangalore, called the customer care and clarified tht and booked my seats at the same time 1A (window).....
Reached early morning to airport, check in was good and fast and got the boarding pass for both the flights, which was good. But there was a delay in departure, say around half an hour... On board services was awesome as usual food, entertainment and crew for their prompt service. Reached Delhi by 9 am and next flight was at 10..
So after getting down from plane the first message which I got on my cell was Flight delay of one hour which was little annoying as I had booked the ticket in kf only because of its timings. anyhow had to wait for 2 hrs which was quite boaring. Ground staff at airport was ok, as even they were not able to tell the exact time, after the announcement boarded the flight, there was announcement from captain apologizing abt the delay... after some time in flight we were served with some snack which was good... after the snacks I asked crew member to give the bottle of water in reply she told me she is busy in giving some kind of pamphlets to passengers, once tht is done she will give bottle but she never came again called her but this she said plane is abt to land so will give after landing, , so after tht I never felt like her again ....
Abt this incident I had mailed KF airlines fom their website and got a call from them regarding this incident which was quite good, whether they take any action or not thats different but calling was good..
