I do not know how useful my review is, as I see loads of other enthusiasts have mentioned lot of pros and cons about the service. Well the reason I am writing is that I flew in Kingfisher last week and had to avail the "Wheel Chair" option, due to my leg fracture.
I started experiencing their service from the moment I arrived at the airport. One employee was assigned to me to help out till check in. Another employee helped to check in and asked politely if I need to buy or shop for any thing (Which was the best part).
I was taken care by the ground crew till I boarded the flight and from there the Air hostess took the burden of checking every hour if I am comfortable, helping out to open the the lunch packet served, so making it easy for me to eat (I had small injury on my hand too). I could not ask them to feed as I might end up behind bars for a while :)
Over all. Kingfisher with its good interiors (TV Screens and sound systems) and the air hostesses who can put the fashion divas to shame, promises a good experience to fly.
I prefer to take King Fisher if my organization pays for it :). Good things comes at cost
