Best price, Best entertainment and Best Service

I was on IT22/21 on Bangkok-Kolkata-Bangkok route ( 29 December/15January).

I paid only 6000BHT for this route-trip ticket and I put myself in the seat number A2 on both flights. The check-in process at Suvannabhumi airport was quick and staff was extremely polite. When I stepped into the aircraft, thought they hired Thai crews because of their East Asian look but actually they are Indian nationals.

The plane( A321) was very very clean and look so luxurious. I guess this airline will be the King of Aviation industry if they can just add North America and Australia in their route map.

The bottle of water was given to all passengers even before the aircraft took off. The beautiful in-flight manager on that day was Puja.

The personal TV is great, I love the bollywood movie they have shown( love aaj kal, Kambakkht Ishq). There’s also a documentary channel about their tourist destination. The food is indian with the choice or either vegetarian or non vegetarian. They did serve beer, wine, vodka and whisky for free, of course with moderate amount!

The magazine was predominately about Bollywood gossip but anyway, I love the way they show their shedule so it would be a lot easier for me to plan my next trip to India( I like to go to Mizolum next time).

Some of my comments here is that Kingfisher is still little known in Thai media. Maybe the airline focus more on domestic market. It is said that Kingfisher is low cost carrier but I would say it do not feel as if it is a low cost airlines at all.

So, to be more visible in Media is really important.

That’s my appreciation that they can be 5 stars with this price! On top of that, when I changed my flight from February3rd to January15th, they do not collect any extra charge at all.

On my way back, I asked people why they like coming in Bangkok and they said it is easier to go to Bangkok to just buy a wedding dress( oh WOW). It was so enjoyable looking at the Ganga delta beneath as it was portrayed in Amitav Ghosh’s novel.

In the near future, Katmandu will be added on their routemap! My little request is that if they could add Bangkok-Mumbai route in the future that would be perfect because lot of people can have just 1 transit to London! I still believe that more international flights will spread their fame!
