I flew Kingfisher twice in Aug & Sep on HYD-Tirupathi and HYD-BOM. Both times flight arrived very late (2 hrs late on HYD-BOM segment). I had nearly 4 hours connection at BOM for connection to AF and with the flight being late, I nearly missed my connection. The issue that irritated me was that after I checked in at HYD, they told the flight was on time, however the inbound air craft from BOM was arriving 30 minutes late and the turnaround time was only 45 minutes.
How can they turn the plan around in only 15 minutes. Needless to say, lots of first class passengers were also irked because they had to leave the lounge and sit in the waiting area for over an hours. Kingfisher legally is not required to do anything but they did not go the "extra mile" to make me satisfied. In comparison, I was pleasantly surprised by Air Deccan, they came on time, every time I travelled with them.
