Well guys, it’s really good to c that now we have Airlines who believe in customer service no-no its Quality*customer service.
Even I was not frequent flyer for kingfisher airline but now I am proud member of KING club reason is simple best service available outside/inside Kingfisher Airline.
Let me explain by this example, In MAY 2007 I was coming back to Bangalore from Mumbai, my ticket was booked for economy class when I arrived for check in they offered a me business class ticket, (it was their 2nd anniversary celebration), whatever it was good experience to get such service.And most IMP most of the its on time, which we cant expect sometime due to increasing air traffic.
Other thing its not meaningfull to compare COST with other available airline!
Till date I am happy with service and Quality, let’s hope at least King Air will carry forward it ..................:)
