After having traveled by Jet , Sahara, Indian Airlines and Kingfisher my vote goes to King fisher Airlines. I though I should write this as encouragement to people who are doing good work. I pays to advertise for such people. So here it goes.
At first I thought this is yet another airline, but was impressed with the way this airline did its business, they did come out with a purpose to give you the best service then can. And say what I was impressed. Their online booking , seat selection was really good. In flight experience was even better. Inf fact the online booking part was the most impressive part for me as it being the first website to offer so much information and flexibility.
The first airline to have personal video and audio, good food , great air hostess and pleasant courteousness. I think the last one was really important as I have seen some other airlines not doing a good job at this.
I think they took the first step and lead in many aspects and others are now trying to follow. They have set some standards and I think they are here to stay and win. Their attitude is great and I guess if we can see more of this elsewhere to India would be really shining on world map. Some things should make you stand apart and I think Kingfisher has showed that. Kudos to this airlines and its team.
Hope they maintain this standard and don’t fall apart. Looking forward to their international flight venture.
