Your Customer Care Rocks but I was fooled

Today, I had a issue booking flight tickets on kingfisher with my credit card. After failing to understand the details for the same from HSBC , I tried up kingfisher once again today. Still the same problem.


I called up the Kingfisher Airlines today. It was a pleasant surprise to talk to your customer care immediately. The service professional was polite, courteous and helpful. She did whatever was necessary to get the booking done. Thanks. I want to suggest that the user should have more confidentiality on his credit card so put some IVR to get the credit card details rather than revealing them to customer care.


I have travelled in kingfisher before. It has always been a pleasure. Mallaya please keep this up. I hope AirDeccan merger will not spoil the party.


One more nice little thing for all the fools like me booking through flykingfisher.com. I booked for kingfisher only to get operated by "Air Deccan" tickets. May be part and parcel of the strategy to ensure some profitability with AirDeccan.
