Trip to London from Bangalore on 18/12/10 by KINGFISHER was HELL, landed at Brussles, no representative for 2 days, slept on the floor with wife and 2 kids, finally got Belgian visa, went to London on coach, met Kingfisher Airlines manager, who made false promises.
I was told that I could submit my bills for emergency expenses as the luggage had not arrived. We were promised delivery of the luggage, but on 22nd got a call telling us to collect the luggage.
Also on submitting the bills I don’t see any hope of any refund. BEWARE of KINGFISHER AIRLINES is my experience.
